Visa Letters

Visa letters may be requested during the registration process. If you requested a visa letter, COMPSAC staff will receive a notification with verification of your registration, paid in full. Once this is received, we will process your visa letter request and send an electronic letter by email.

Visa letters will be processed by the Registration Chair, Dr. AKM Jahangir Majumder (majumder@uscupstate.edu).

Following IEEE Computer Society policy, visa letters will only be issued to:

• Speakers/presenters who have registered and paid their registration fee in full
• Committee members who have registered and paid their registration fee in full
• Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (verify that the payment has been received before providing a letter)
• Exhibitors who have paid their exhibitor/patron package fee in full
