Getting Around Madrid

  • From the Airport: A fixed-rate taxi to the city center costs around €33. Alternatively, public transport options include the metro (with an airport supplement) or the express bus to Atocha station.
  • Public Transport: The metro and city buses are efficient and extensive. Consider purchasing a Tourist Travel Pass for unlimited travel within your chosen timeframe and zone.
  • Walking: Madrid is a very walkable city, and exploring on foot is a great way to discover its different neighborhoods and charm.
